- Provide technical leadership for fire protection design in ATF (Assembly Test & Fabrication) and controlled environments.
- Develop strategies for fire detection suppression and alarm systems ensuring compliance with NFPA FM Global and local codes.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings specifications and hydraulic calculations using tools such as AutoCAD Revit and BIM.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical Electrical Process Engineering Architecture) to integrate fire protection systems into overall facility design.
- Conduct hazard analysis risk assessments and fire safety audits for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects.
- Ensure adherence to cleanroom fire safety standards and contamination control requirements.
- Support project planning cost estimation and technical evaluations for fire protection packages.
- Mentor engineering teams and ensure knowledge transfer of best practices in fire protection design
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Fire Protection Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 12-15 years of experience in fire protection design for industrial or advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Expertise in NFPA codes FM Global standards and cleanroom fire safety requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and BIM platforms.
- Strong understanding of sprinkler systems clean agent systems and fire alarm integration.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information :
- Masters degree or certifications (CFPS NFPA PMP) is a plus.
- Experience in semiconductor fabs ATMP facilities or electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainability and energy-efficient fire protection solutions desirable
