Job Summary

As an Cleaner you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level. Full-time hours vary between 37.5 hours/week.
Your work will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the floors washrooms kitchens gym and garbage bins of the facility
- Cleaning and sanitizing that includes officewashrooms showers common and rest areas
- Replenishing any used or missing supplies (toilet rolls hand towels hand soap)
- Dusting all visible surfaces within reach which includes phone booths counter tops pillars lighting fixtures window ledges and vents
- Cleaning and polishing chrome stainless steel and other metal surfaces (including elevators)
- Spot cleaning all lobby floors and wash thoroughly as required
- Vacuuming all entrance mats in lobbies

Qualifications :
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability punctuality and professionalism
- Minimum 8 months cleaning experience
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Comfort using various cleaning products and equipment
- Eligibility to work in a Federal Government building (must hold or be eligible to obtain a Government Security Clearance requiring minimum five years of continuous residency in Canada)
