We are looking for an entrepreneurial hands-on HR professional who is excited to help build Eurofins new IT Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte from the ground up.
This position will have a strong focus on IT recruitment (around 50% of the workload) complemented by HR Business Partner activities and light site coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Developers QA Infra Cybersecurity Data etc.).
- Build sourcing strategies talent pipelines and market intelligence for the Belo Horizonte region.
- Own the recruitment operations: screening interviews candidate management feedback loops and offer preparation.
- Partner with hiring managers globally to understand technical requirements and deliver strong talent.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience aligned with Eurofins values.
- Support employer branding initiatives and local recruitment events.
2. HR Business Partnering (30%)
- Act as the local HR point of contact for the new Delivery Center.
- Support onboarding probation performance cycles engagement activities and retention initiatives.
- Advise managers on people-related topics with support from senior HR colleagues.
- Assist with HR operations documentation and compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT).
- Contribute to building an inclusive collaborative and high-performance culture.
3. Site Coordination (20%)
- Help with office setup vendor coordination administrative routines and site logistics.
- Support health & safety practices and well-being initiatives.
- Serve as the go-to person for daily local operational needs (with guidance from LATAM HR/Operations).
- Assist in monitoring headcount onboarding flow and site KPIs.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or related areas.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR roles with strong exposure to IT recruitment.
- Previous experience supporting technology teams is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of HR processes and Brazilian labor legislation.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on mindset flexibility and willingness to grow into broader HR responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or multinational IT environments.
- Exposure to HRBP activities or office coordination roles.
- Knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools.
- Spanish is a plus.
