Job Summary
Were searching for a proactive and energetic Food & Beverage Team Leader to support our vibrant and fast-paced F&B operations at Pullman Cairns International.
In this hands-on role youll be an operational champion - working alongside the team during service setting clear expectations and contributing to a smooth polished and guest-focused experience across all our F&B outlets.
What youll do:
- Support the supervisors and F&B Manager in daily service delivery
- Lead by example to motivate and guide team members
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness presentation and service
- Provide attentive personalised service to guests
- Help new team members learn and succeed in their roles
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage ideally within a hotel environment
- Strong guest service focus and excellent attention to detail
- Positive proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Experience with POS systems (Infrasys Cloud advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera Cloud a plus)
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
