About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing up-to-date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable addition to that this role will include (but not be limited to):
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
- Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.
- Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions.
- Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns.

- Be organised with exceptional time management skills
- Build rapport in person as well as over the phone
