Your new position as a CAD/CAM Programmer will see you creating optimizing and maintaining CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support manufacturing operations. Youll ensure accurate drawings effective post-processor coordination and contribute to workforce capability through training and development initiatives.

Youll have:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. Mastercam or SolidWorks)
• Minimum of 5 years CNC Machining experience with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling
• Experience with post-processor customization and G-code interpretation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
