The opportunity

The Lead Developer will oversee the ServiceNow development team focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) domain.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a strong emphasis on GRC modules.
• Manage a team of developers providing guidance and oversight to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the development team.
• Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features with a focus on GRC capabilities and financial services regulations.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a proven track record in GRC implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required; additional certifications in GRC are highly valued.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing development teams.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
