Job Summary
Duties And Responsibilities
The Visiting Scholar is expected to contribute to or challenge thinking about architecture through their teaching research and creative activity. The Visiting Scholar is required to present the accomplishments in the form of a public lecture at the School and submit the work produced at the School to an external body for peer review and dissemination to national or international audiences. Teach a 6 credit graduate design studio Teach a first-year 1 credit honors seminar Conduct design related original research Participate in faculty meetings Serve on studio reviews Present school-wide lecture Be an engaged and active participant with students faculty and staff on a day-to-day basis
