Job Summary
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Atlanta GA Hybrid Locals Only
Duration: 12 Months
Description: Seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead multiple complex and high-impact projects supporting digital modernization innovation and service-delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in public-sector project management excels at navigating complex stakeholder environments and is a self-starter capable of driving projects with minimal oversight.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of project management experience with complex multi-workstream projects.
Public-sector or municipal government experience required.
Strong understanding of PMBOK Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Experience managing schedules budgets risks and communication plans.
Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
Strong analytical and reporting skills including KPI tracking.
Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project Smartsheet or .
Preferred Qualifications
PMP CAPM CSM or similar certifications.
Experience supporting digital transformation or modernization projects.
Experience collaborating with vendors consultants and multiple departments.
Familiarity with digital equity engagement or civic technology initiatives.
