Job Summary
Role:Technical Coordinator
Client:Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology 3 years experience in residential architecture strong CAD skills knowledge of Building Regulations ability to manage technical aspects of pre-construction design.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate the design and technical details of their residential projects.
Assist the Technical Manager in coordinating pre-construction design for houses duplexes and apartments.
Brief and manage consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design standards and budgets.
Organise and chair design workshops capturing approvals and actions.
Develop and maintain design guidance documents to support consistent delivery.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide buildability input.
Ensure designs meet building regulations quality standards and customer expectations.
