Job Summary
Job Description:
As a Companion youll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by offering non-medical hands-on support. Youll work under the supervision of a Care Coordinator and provide companionship basic care and essential daily assistancewhile observing and documenting the clients condition and care.

- $15-$16/ hr plus sign-on BONUS
What Youll Do:
Offer friendly companionship and emotional support
Help with dressing and undressing
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Change bed linens and maintain a clean living space
Provide medication reminders
Plan and prepare simple nutritious meals
Assist with feeding if needed
Encourage social interaction and daily engagement
Report any changes in client condition to our care team
Document care provided in line with our standards
Requirements:
Ability to read follow instructions and document care
Compassionate and dependable with good hygiene
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Must pass a competency and skills test (80% or higher)
Valid drivers license and insured reliable vehicle
Completion of required caregiver training (we can help with that!)
Must be at least 19 years old
Must be able to pass a thorough background check
