Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking ahighly motivated Industrial Engineering / Commercial Coordinatorto serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in a leading maritime and shipyard solutions organization. This unique position combinesengineering expertise with executive-level administratyive support offering exposure to commercial operations project management and administrative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEOs right-hand providingstrategic and operational supportacross multiple business functions.
- Assist inplanning and execution of engineering projectsrelated to shipyard and maritime systems.
- Coordinatecross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manageadministrative tasks including scheduling documentation and executive communications.
- Supportcommercial activities including client proposals cost analysis and vendor coordination.
- Preparetechnical reports presentations and project documentationfor internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance withindustry standards and safety regulationsin all engineering and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree inIndustrial Systems Engineeringor related discipline.
- Strong understanding ofmaritime industrial / shipyard or industrial processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manageexecutive-level priorities.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteand familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience inmarine engineering naval architecture or shipyard projects.
- Knowledge ofcommercial operations and project finance.
- Ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
