Job Summary
Registered Nurse (Per Diem) 1:1 Home Health Care
Must speak Spanish or Portugese
Rate of pay: $50 per hour
Location: Scotch Plains NJ
Hours: 40 hours a week M-F until the end of December
BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking 1 or 2 Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for one-on-one home health care for a bed bound client on a ventilator to provide respite care for the wife. What Youll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care for vented patient per individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and update care teams as needed
- Counsel patients and families to support health and wellness at home
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulations
What Were Looking For:
- Current unrestricted RN license in NJ
- 3 years of clinical experience (hospital or similar setting required) providing skilled care for vented patients
- CPR BLS or ACLS certification
- Reliable car and auto insurance
- Commitment to regulatory compliance HIPAA and patient confidentiality
Preferred:
- BSN degree from an accredited program
- Residing in or near Union County for shorter commute times
