As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data Analytics team you will leverage data visualization and analytics to support management decisions and drive operational excellence. You will mentor associates foster a culture of innovation and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new capabilities and ensure high standards in data management.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced BI dashboards reports and interactive visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools
- Analyze business requirements and design build and test high-quality data visualizations
- Perform data mining and analytics to deliver actionable insights
- Query and extract data from multiple sources for dashboards and reports
- Enable business-focused reporting and self-serve analytics solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of associates fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners Operations and stakeholders to develop requirements and implement new capabilities
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field or equivalent business experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Alteryx Python and Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau Business Objects Alteryx ThoughtSpot and Qlik Sense
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business-focused reporting and enabling self-serve analytics solutions
- Team management experience including oversight and mentoring
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with data-driven storytelling for senior leadership
- Commitment to data accuracy integrity and best practices in data management and visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solution-oriented and collaborative approach to building strong relationships
