主要工作职责
实现年度销售目标确保完成部门设定的销售额年度目标通过优化业务活动和客户管理提高销售业绩 制定并实施客户管理策略制定并实施针对零售药店的客户管理策略以提升客户满意度和忠诚度实现长期合作关系 协调客户需求与公司资源与客户沟通了解其需求并协调公司内部资源如市场销售供应链等确保满足客户需求并解决问题 推动销售和市场推广活动组织和推动针对零售药店的销售和市场推广活动制定详细的活动计划确保活动的成功实施并提高销售业绩 监控客户销售数据和市场表现定期监控客户的销售数据和市场表现进行数据分析识别趋势和潜在问题提出改进建议以优化业务策略 管理客户关系和合同维护并加强与主要客户的关系处理合同谈判签署及执行确保合同条款得到有效履行并解决客户的各种问题 协调内部团队与内部团队如客户经理市场部产品部等紧密协作确保各部门的工作目标与客户需求相一致提高整体工作效率 报告和汇报定期编制并提交相关的销售和市场报告向上级汇报客户反馈市场动态及业务进展提供决策支持
任职条件:
- 本科及以上学历
- 5年以上销售或客户管理经验有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
- 了解商业和零售操作的相关法律法规具备品牌活动管理经验
- 客户管理和谈判能力
- 沟通及协调能力
- 数据分析能力
- 熟练使用Office操作系统特别是Excel
- 具有一定英语听说读写能力
