Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will be highly organized customer service-oriented and capable of managing all aspects of the property to ensure resident satisfaction smooth operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment complex including leasing rent collection maintenance coordination and tenant relations.

Supervise and train property management staff to ensure efficient performance.

Market and lease available units using rental property marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness safety and proper maintenance.

Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant disputes and complaints with professionalism.

Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports for the property.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs renovations and routine services.

Ensure compliance with all local housing laws regulations and building codes.

Utilize property management software to track lease agreements payments and maintenance requests.

Develop and implement community-building initiatives to improve tenant retention.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an apartment or residential property manager

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of local property laws and landlord-tenant regulations

Proficient in using property management systems and MS Office

Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience

High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in real estate management or related field preferred
