Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Apparel Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing apparel section.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with apparel selections and product information
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked sales floor
Perform merchandise folding tagging and display according to visual merchandising standards
Process transactions efficiently using point of sale systems
Assist with inventory management including receiving counting and restocking apparel
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Monitor fitting rooms and ensure garments are returned neatly
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and promotions to offer product suggestions
Collaborate with other store associates to meet sales goals and KPIs
Ensure compliance with store policies security procedures and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or fashion sales preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer relations or retail operations is a plus
