Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Resident Security Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with API integration Nipper and Tripwire technologies and will serve as the technical point of contact on-site ensuring the successful implementation operation and maintenance of relevant systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the on-site technical expert and point of contact for all matters related to API Nipper and Tripwire.
- Oversee the deployment configuration and optimization of the mentioned technologies.
- Monitor system performance and ensure continuous system uptime and reliability.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for incidents and escalations.
- Liaise with client stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation reports and service records.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams where required.
- Collaborate with other internal teams for escalated support and system improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven expertise in:
- API development/integration and management
- Nipper Studio (security auditing and configuration analysis)
- Tripwire (integrity monitoring and security configuration management)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity Tripwire or networking (e.g. CompTIA Security CISSP etc.)
- Experience working with government or large enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia.
