Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and technically skilled HRIS Specialist to join our HR this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing maintaining and optimizing our Human Resources Information System. You will work closely with HR Finance and IT teams to ensure data accuracy streamline HR processes and support strategic decision-making through reliable reporting and analytics.



What Youll Do:
  • Own and manage HR administrative processes including onboarding offboarding employee data management and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR systems (HRIS) with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g. absences bonuses leave).
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers (e.g. benefits insurance).
  • Assist with HR projects such as process improvements policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to support all employees with equipment coordination and IT-related logistics.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely support and guidance.
  • Support reporting audits and other data-related HR tasks.




Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical orientation with hands-on experience in Excel including functions such as VLOOKUP pivot tables and data validation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluent English.
  • A proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Relevant Bachelors degree.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g. HiBob BambooHR or similar) an advantage.
