Job Summary
Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking to teach in a prestigious and high-performing Independent School A leading Independent School in Birmingham is seeking an inspirational Science Teacher to join their thriving Science faculty from January 2026. This is an exceptional opportunity to teach motivated learners in a well-resourced and academically ambitious environment.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent position starting January 2026. You will deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 with potential opportunities to teach KS5 depending on experience. You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons monitoring pupil progress and contributing to departmental initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:
Has strong subject knowledge in Science
Holds QTS or PGCE
Possesses a degree in a Science-related discipline
Can teach Science confidently at KS3KS4
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisation skills
Works well within a collaborative and forward-thinking team
