An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate imaginative and committed Art Teacher to join a creative and supportive secondary school in Taunton. This is a full-time permanent role beginning January 2026.
You will teach Art across KS3KS4 guiding students in developing artistic skills creative confidence and personal expression. The role includes supporting GCSE coursework delivering lessons in drawing painting mixed media sculpture and digital art and helping to grow the schools existing arts enrichment programme.
The school is looking for an Art teacher who can inspire challenge and encourage students to explore a wide range of artistic processes.

Degree in Art Fine Art or related creative field
PGCE with QTS
Strong artistic portfolio and classroom experience
