Job Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate reflective and enthusiastic Science ECT to join a high-achieving and Outstanding secondary school in Didsbury Manchester. This is a full-time permanent post beginning January 2026 ideal for an Early Career Teacher who values excellent behaviour supportive leadership and a rich science curriculum.
Job Overview
You will teach Science across KS3KS4 delivering well-planned lessons that promote scientific reasoning practical competence and strong analytical skills. The school seeks an ECT who enjoys experiment-led lessons concept-based teaching and supporting pupils to develop confidence in science.
There will also be opportunities to engage in STEM clubs science fairs enrichment trips and ECT-specific CPD.

Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Biology Chemistry Physics or related subject
PGCE with QTS (ECTs welcome)
