Your Mission
Were looking for a Sales Director to lead our Norwegian sales team based in Barcelona or this role youll not only lead but actively drive sales - selling our services to solution providers in the Swedish market while setting the standard for your team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact work alongside passionate sales leaders across Europe and thrive in a fast-paced ambitious environment where leadership means leading from the front.
In this role you will:
- Drive Norwegian markets sales growth through your own sales efforts and leadership (division roughly 50/50) leading from the front and closely collaborating with Sales Directors from other markets.
- Open new customers and further on build strong retention. You drive high performance culture by being an example and active on-the-job coach to the team.
- Lead coach and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed ambitious targets track and drive KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams bringing insights from the market customers and broader economic environment.
- Report to Sales Director Norway in Stockholm.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of B2B sales experience and 2 years in leadership roles managing 510 direct reports ranging from BDRs to AEs. Strong understanding of the Norwegian market including its sales dynamics and B2B operating environment.
- A strong network within technology and consultancy companies; a background in sponsorship sales for large-scale business conferences is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with strengths in leading sales process managing pipeline accurate forecasting of team results and reporting sales performance.
- Excellent business level communication skills in Norwegian and fluent in English.
- Experience with consultative solution-based sales cycles.
