Your Role

Partner with the Retail Manager to drive daily operations
Motivate coach and develop a diverse sales team
Deliver sales results and 5-star guest service
Uphold luxury brand standards and visual excellence
Create memorable guest retail experiences worldwide

What Youll Bring

Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor experience in retail
Background in luxury sales and visual merchandising
Natural leadership communication and people skills
Adaptable proactive performance-driven mindset
Flexibility for 6-month cruise contracts
