Job Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer your typical day involves developing custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding and enhancing components across various systems or applications utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to align on project goals and requirements ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure quality and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
Experience with integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
