Job Summary

Job Summary

The role involves leading precision soldering activities supporting electronic production processes and ensuring high-quality assembly standards. The engineer will maintain process discipline optimize workflows and ensure product reliability in line with IPC and internal manufacturing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Perform and supervise advanced soldering for PCB assemblies SMD/TH components and rework.

Inspect solder joints identify defects and ensure compliance with IPC Class 2/3 standards.

Develop standardize and improve production processes for efficiency and yield.

Train operators on correct soldering techniques and ESD practices.

Maintain tools soldering stations and ensure periodic calibration.

Support NPI builds prototype assembly and production troubleshooting.

Prepare daily production reports and coordinate with QC/engineering teams.

Required Skills and amp; Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics or related field.

Strong soldering expertise; IPC certification preferred.

Knowledge of production workflows ESD and quality systems.

12years of hands-on electronic assembly experience.
