Responsibilities
Were looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee finance operations and provide strategic financial support to enable business performance ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
- Manage core finance functions including accounting tax treasury reporting and compliance;
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making;
- Lead finance systems enhancements and process optimisation including ERP initiatives;
- Coordinate with auditors consultants and regulatory bodies on audit and tax matters;
- Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of group finance initiatives;
- Support board and leadership meetings through preparation of materials and reporting;
- Deliver financial analysis for projects modelling and other initiatives;
- Develop and mentor the finance team to strengthen capabilities and succession readiness.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline with recognised professional certifications;
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience ideally within a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge in financial reporting regulatory compliance taxation and international transactions.
- Experience in financial modelling and proficiency in ERP systems;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities;
- Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Required Skills:
