On behalf of our client we are seeking a Secretary will be provide comprehensive administrative and executive support directly to the General Manager ensuring smooth daily operations and professional communication across all departments. She will handle scheduling documentation travel coordination and follow-up on tasks while also assisting the owner in deal-closing activities when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules meetings and appointments for the GM
- Prepare letters reports invoices and business documents
- Handle email communication and follow up with clients and suppliers
- Organize travel bookings tickets and required documentation
- Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding medical product orders and deliveries
- Track tasks deadlines and ongoing projects
- Answer calls welcome visitors and manage inquiries
- Support the GM in deal discussions and follow up on pending items
- Maintain confidentiality of internal and business information
- Assist in preparing presentations and simple spreadsheets
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Marketing administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 months of administrative or secretarial experience
- Preferably has exposure to the medical supplies or logistics sector
- Willing to travel 3 times per year
