The Opportunity
We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Superintendentto oversee on-site operations for our multifamily renovation project in thePebble Creek / Jackson MSarea. This role is responsible for daily job-site management subcontractor coordination safety enforcement scheduling and quality control.
The successful candidate will participate in a structured onboarding and training plan designed to prepare you for success on the Pebble Creek project. This includes hands-on field training process orientation with KH leadership and integration into our operational systems during your first months of employment. You will also participate in quarterly site reviews and leadership touchpoints to ensure continued growth alignment and support.

What Youll Do
Oversee all phases of construction from project start through completion
Monitor project schedules progress and quality standards
Manage subcontractors labor materials and equipment
Maintain a safe and compliant job site (OSHA & building codes)
Conduct daily inspections and maintain daily logs and reporting
Communicate with project managers leadership inspectors and city officials
Resolve issues quickly while maintaining KHs quality expectations
Lead by examplereinforcing professionalism teamwork and KH values
Requirements
Proven superintendent experience (multifamily or heavy renovation preferred)
Strong understanding of construction processes codes and safety standards
Strong communication leadership and organization skills
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical job-site tasks
OSHA Certified (or ability to obtain quickly)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Tech-friendly; able to use job-site apps and digital reporting tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening and other applicable checks as permitted by state law.
