Job Purpose and Impact
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Change Management Analyst to support our organizations transition from BMC Remedy to this role you will assist in ensuring a smooth adoption of the new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform and help maintain business continuity during the change process.
Key Accountabilities
- System Transition Support: Assist in migrating processes and data from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow under guidance from senior team members.
- User Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) validate migrated data and report discrepancies for resolution.
- Training & Documentation: Help prepare training materials update user guides and support performance calls to address user queries.
- User Support: Respond to basic user questions regarding ServiceNow functionality and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Communication Assistance: Support internal communication efforts by drafting updates and FAQs for end-users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and change management leads to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience with IT Service Management concepts and toolsServiceNow.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
