You are if you bring:

  • A minimum of five years experience leading a high-functioning marketing team withdemonstratedsuccess in building marketing strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills including the ability to work within condensedtimeframesand ability to effectively prioritize work and exercise excellent judgment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct thorough research present well-considered options and effectively assess and evaluate outcomes.
  • Revenue-driven achievement approachwhileappreciating and championingthe social purposeensuring business success is aligned with the core values and purpose of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to research provide options forconsiderationand evaluate results.
  • Proven ability to build andmaintaineffective relationships working collaboratively across internal and external functional teams.

        What Else Do You Need

        • This position is located at the Downtown Y with a flex schedule arranged in discussion with the VP Philanthropy Marketing & Government Relations.
        • Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle

        • Ability to attend events outside standard working hours that may include evenings weekends and holidays.
