What youll do

Technical leadership & delivery

• Own endtoend technical outcomes: architecture design implementation and production support
• Partner with Product to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps; lead backlog refinement estimation and sprint planning.

Agentic AI engineering

• Design agentic AI systems: multiagent orchestration tooluse retrieval (RAG) planning and selfevaluation loops.
• Define and implement AI agentic standards and guardrails for safety compliance and ethical use including policy enforcement and observability.
• Integrate agents with APIs event streams and data platforms; measure outcomes against product KPIs

Architecture & platform

• Define and evolve service architectures with strong nonfunctional qualities (performance scalability security).
• Collaborate with Architecture on standards crossteam integrations and technology governance.

DevOps SRE and runtime excellence

• Implement CI/CD automation Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows; champion release engineering best practices.
• Implement production observability (APM/logging/metrics/tracing) define/publish SLOs & SLAs and use data to improve reliability and performance.

Minimum qualifications

• 10 years of handson software development with Java Python JavaScript and TypeScript; strong computer science fundamentals.
• AWS expertise: designing and deploying cloudnative solutions using AWS services (EC2 Lambda S3 RDS IAM) and AWS Bedrock Agents for generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Proven experience building microservices/APIs and delivering highscale systems.
• Applied DevOps/SRE skills: CI/CD infrastructure as code GitOps and production observability.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Architecture and Product and to lead engineers through ambiguity and complex problemsolving.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with agent frameworks (orchestration tooluse) LLMs vector databases and retrieval pipelines (RAG).
• Handson with Kubernetes/ECS Terraform/CloudFormation Jenkins/GitHub Actions and APM/logging tools.
• Secure software design (OAuth/OIDC secrets mgmt) performance profiling/tuning and costaware architectural decisions.
• Agile delivery at scale; comfort leading estimation and backlog processes with Product counterparts.
