Job Summary
- Different Opportunities in Northern Colorado: Commerce City & Brighton Erie & Dacono Longmont Superior
- Compensation: $50-$150 per visit (dependent on visit type) PLUS mileage and travel compensation
- Status: Part-time with potential to build to full-time in the future. (Minimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week)
- On average our full-time RNs make between $75000 and $85000 a year.

As a Home Health Registered Nurse heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses injuries and chronic diseasesoften after discharge from a hospital rehab or nursing facility
- Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs CNAs and aides providing patient care
- Examine patients do assessments document progress and report changes to their physician
- Educate patients on their plan of care prescribed medication therapy diet and exercise
- Coach family members on the patients plan of care medication and home safety
- Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services
A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurses:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN)License in Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or program
- At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
- Health care CPR/BLS Certified(demonstration course required)
- Home health care experiencepreferred
- Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
- No Covid Vaccination Required
