In this essential role youll assist with resident applications and re-certifications manage contracts and support daily office operations. Youll communicate with residents staff and vendors maintain confidential records and help ensure compliance with housing regulations. Every day your work will contribute directly to Avestas mission of creating and maintaining quality affordable homes for people in need.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with multi-family housing preferred.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to Avesta residents staff visitors and vendors.
  • Experience assisting disadvantaged populations.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

Work Location

This position is based in Portland and will require travel to a portfolio of properties throughout the area.
