Job Summary

TPM - Architect

Triage Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support a next-generation AI-enabled Code Assist initiative.


  • Triage & Prioritization: Manage the intake categorization and prioritization of issues (bugs hallucinations feature gaps) raised by internal QA partner teams or pilot users.
  • Issue Analysis: Collaborate with engineers data scientists and PMs to reproduce root-cause and document technical issues or model deficiencies in code generation.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment and communication across product ML and engineering teams to ensure timely responses and mitigation plans.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop triage workflows dashboards and reports that improve transparency reduce response time and surface trends in model performance or developer friction.
  • Quality & Coverage Oversight: Partner with QA LLM evaluation and telemetry teams to identify coverage gaps and automate issue identification and regression tracking.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate triage summaries high-priority blockers and resolution timelines to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Model Feedback Loop: Ensure triaged items are fed into model improvement loops (e.g. prompt refinement retraining fine-tuning datasets).
  • 58 years of experience as a TPM technical lead or program manager in software engineering ML or AI-driven product environments.
  • Experience in triage management issue tracking tools (e.g. JIRA GitHub Issues) and bug lifecycle workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies LLMs prompt engineering and developer tools (e.g. IDEs Git CI/CD).
  • Proven success managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
