Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients you will play a vital role in establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries (both over the phone and in person) generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists as well as patient recalls typing completing payment processing banking and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Additionally you will assist with sterilisation and perform dental assistant duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Experience working in the Dental Industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
- Computer savvy skills with excellent attention to detail.
