Caregiver Memory Care (Part-Time)

As a Caregiver at our Boulcott Village you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle with each residents quality of life at the heart of everything we do. Our care is resident-directedmeaning we tailor care and support to each individuals preferences values and needs.

Typical duties include:

• Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
• Aiding with hygiene such as showering
• Assisting with Individual care plan requirements such as walks and exercises
• Helping with activities such as puzzles table tennis etc

The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working on a 3 on 3 off roster 4pm - 8pm

Qualifications :

You will naturally be empathetic kind and patient and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to peoples lives.

Youll bring with you:

• Experience in aged care and dementia. 
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Commitment to a rotational roster across morning afternoon and night shifts
