Leads the One Client strategy and program execution for P&BB. Provides subject matter expertise in the design development management and implementation of projects from business case development through execution. Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals.

- Develops and manages relationships with divisional and market contacts and networks and leverages internal and external data to identify analyze and size opportunities and monitor competitive activities.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for making business decisions and implementing strategic initiatives.

- Collaborates across BMO to develop communications strategies and ensure consistency of messaging in order to positively influence or change behaviour.
- Interacts with various BMO groups to ensure strategy and initiatives meet enterprise governance requirements.
- Assesses and adapts existing operational programs; develops new capabilities to ensure ongoing success.
- Executes routine tasks (e.g. service requests transactions queries etc.) in accordance with applicable service level agreements.

- Identifies enablers and key issues prior to and during implementation of strategic business development initiatives and raises issues with stakeholders to resolve issues or risks that jeopardize delivery.
- Operates at a group/enterprise-wide level and serves as a senior specialist resource across BMO.

Qualifications:
- Typically 9 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience; completion of an MBA is desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of banking products services organization and group interrelationships.
- Experience in the development and delivery of strategic initiatives impacting people processes and technology.
- Experience delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management.
- Knowledge of MS Access is desirable.
- Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.
- Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation.

Salaried
The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
