Inside Sales Parts Specialist
Role Summary
The Parts Specialist Level 1 provides essential customer service quoting order processing and operational
support for the Repair Parts Department. This role focuses on routine high-volume tasks that ensure speed
accuracy and reliability for customers. This entry-level specialist will learn T-TEK equipment and gradually
absorb responsibilities that relieve both the Level 2 Specialist and the Department Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Workflow Assistance
Assist with monitoring the shared inbox and responding to customer inquiries.
Gather information needed for accurate quoting and order creation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers as skill level increases.
Quoting & Order Creation
Prepare accurate quotes using established templates and pricing structures.
Convert approved quotes to orders and ensure accuracy in Acumatica.
Verify stock availability lead times and shipping requirements.
CRM Task Execution & Data Quality
Record interactions tasks quote notes and customer updates in CRM.
Maintain customer data accuracy including equipment details and order history.
Execute follow-ups and reminders prompted by CRM workflows.
Assist with CRM cleanup standardization and workflow optimization.
Warehouse & Internal Support
Communicate with warehouse staff on order status and shipping details.
Provide tracking updates to customers.
Support production or purchasing workflows by relaying key information.
Training & Development
Build knowledge of T-TEK parts equipment quoting standards and shipping processes.
Progressively take on more complex quotes technical requests and customer scenarios.
Support both Senior Parts Specialist and Manager during high-volume periods.
Qualifications

Basic mechanical or industrial aptitude
ERP familiarity or aptitude for learning Acumatica
CRM discipline and accuracy
Organization reliability and follow-through
