As an SLP youll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team helping patients regain their voice confidence and independence all while working in and around Boston MA.
What Youll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans
Conduct home-based speech-language therapy visits
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Document progress and update plans of care
Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs
Ensure compliance with OASIS and PPS guidelines
Youll travel in and around the Boston metro area providing care where its needed most in patients homes.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active unrestricted Massachusetts SLP license
1 year of clinical experience
Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Ability to lift 50100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
