12 years of sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
Experience with CRM systems SAP and quoting tools (bonus points).
A growth mindset and a drive to learn improve and make a difference.
Tech experience helps but curiosity and adaptability matter more.
