Job Summary
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement preferably in project-based or industrial sectors.
- Experience in energy infrastructure or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
- Knowledge of contract law international sourcing and vendor management best practices.
- Responsible for sourcing negotiating and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services aligned with project and business needs.
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs bid evaluations PO issuance and contract management.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand material and service requirements.
- Identify and qualify suppliers ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules to optimize value and mitigate risk.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality delivery or invoicing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills.
