Educational Requirement: Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in team lead experience in the sales LOB
Identifiers for sales: Quota based KPIs -understanding on closing techniques handling objections and adherance to sales scripts

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management: Leading motivating and coaching a team of travel sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets. This includes hiring training and developing team members.
Sales Performance & Strategy: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve objectives. This might involve setting sales plans monitoring trends and preparing sales reports.
Customer Service & Operations: Ensuring the team provides high-quality customer service expert travel advice and tailored solutions while also managing and resolving issues and complaints.
Collaboration & Communication: Working closely with other departments (e.g. operations product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and aligning departmental goals. Maintaining effective relationships and communication with clients and vendors is also crucial.
