About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and clientoriented Onboarding Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join a growing international team in this hybrid role youll be responsible for onboarding new clients guiding them through the setup and optimisation of digital marketing and PPC campaigns and acting as a trusted advisor. Youll help craft customized solutions tailored to client needs manage CRM data carefully support upselling and longterm growth and work closely with internal teams all while maintaining a results-driven customercentric approach.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and strong English (minimum B2)
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience); background in marketing or communications is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in sales marketing or clientfacing roles ideally in digital marketing advertising or account management
- Experience using CRM tools and handling customer data efficiently
- Ability to use modern tools (including AIdriven tools) to support outreach campaign management and analysis
- Strong communication presentation and writing skills; comfortable working independently while meeting targets
- Proactive solutionoriented mindset with an ability to analyse market trends understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly
