Agile Program Manager Azure DevOps Agile Practitioner

Team Red Dog is partnering with a global technology leader to recruit an elite Agile Program Manager / Azure DevOps Agile Practitioner who will shape enterprise-wide Agile transformation elevate DevOps performance and accelerate delivery at scale. This is a 100% remote contract opportunity where your impact will be seen quickly.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Azure DevOps (4 years) Hands-on expert in ADO for tracking work items creating dashboards managing queries tagging burndown charts templates and complex work item relationships.
2. Agile Expertise (4 years) Deep applied experience with Agile frameworks metrics ceremonies coaching and continuous improvement across multiple teams.
3. Agile Coaching & Adoption Proven experience coaching multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders through Agile transformation and maturity.
4. Data Visualization & Reporting Experience building ADO and Power BI dashboards to measure delivery outcomes team performance and Agile effectiveness.

Opportunity Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to lead Agile transformation at scale while owning the strategy measurement and tooling that drives delivery performance. You will work across diverse teams influence enterprise-wide Agile practices and directly impact how work flows through the organization using Microsoft DevOps and Power Platform solutions.

How you will make an impact:

Guide teams in adopting and scaling Agile frameworks and best practices
Define and implement Agile effectiveness metrics across multiple teams
Actively manage Azure DevOps work items dashboards queries and reporting
Design and implement scalable story-pointing and sizing frameworks
Shadow delivery teams and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Build custom ADO and Power BI dashboards for performance and delivery insights
Deliver Microsoft DevOps solutions enabling CI/CD testing security and monitoring
Integrate Azure DevOps with Power Platform solutions and other Microsoft tools
Document publish and train teams on ADO best practices and processes
Interface with business and technical stakeholders from project initiation through delivery
Drive schedules status reporting and cross-functional coordination
Maintain project documentation specifications and delivery artifacts

The expertise you bring:

810 years of overall professional experience
4 years of hands-on Azure DevOps experience
4 years of direct Agile program/project management experience
Experience delivering DevOps and CI/CD solutions in Microsoft environments
Experience integrating ADO with Power BI Power Automate Teams SharePoint and Exchange
Strong background in data visualization and delivery reporting
PMP PMI-ACP and/or Microsoft Certified Trainer preferred
Experience working at Microsoft as a vendor or FTE strongly preferred
Ability to operate independently in a fast-changing environment
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
