Supply Chain Coordinator

We at Leggett & Platt Inc. are searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator within our Supply Chain team to help support our Furniture Hardware business.

Our Home Furniture business brings an intense focus on the customer innovation world-class manufacturing capabilities and a global footprint together to create full package solutions for the industry. As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will have the opportunity to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by managing procurement inventory control and supplier performance. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring timely delivery cost competitiveness and seamless collaboration across functions. The team you will be working with is collaborative innovative and close-knit and values problem-solving diversity of thought and continuous improvement.

So what will you be doing as a Supply Chain Coordinator

• Analyze and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage the purchasing process including supplier performance and cost competitiveness.
• Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role youll need:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role; 510 years of total relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts and MRP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Things we consider a plus:

• Associates degree in a business-related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Ability to interpret drawings BOMs and specifications.
• Understanding of contracts and terms & conditions.
