In this role Product Analyst plays a crucial role in product development by gathering and analyzing data to inform product strategy and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Analysis: Product Analysts gather and analyze data from various sources to extract actionable insights. They use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret trends and patterns identifying opportunities for product improvements.
Research: Conducting market research is essential for understanding industry trends customer needs and the competitive landscape. Product Analysts analyze market data and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
Performance Evaluation: They monitor key product metrics and performance indicators conducting regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks. This includes tracking user engagement and identifying areas for optimization.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelors degree in business information systems (IS) computer science or related field or equivalent-related IT experience

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of payments processing systems and security best practices
Exposure to legacy modernization projects and domain-driven design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
