ACS Staffing Solutions are pleased to be working with a new client in Rushden area. We are looking for Production Operatives to join our team. Our client handles commercial and domestic plastic paper cardboard and metal waste with some of the most sophisticated recycling technology available today. As a business that has seen dramatic organic growth we are proud to lead the way in sustainable solutions for a cleaner future.

We are now looking for dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team.

Key Responsabilities:

• Sorting and processing recyclable materials (plastics metals paper etc.)

• Ensuring quality control and reporting any issues to supervisors

• Keeping the workspace clean and compliant with health and safety standards

• Supporting with general duties across the facility as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production warehouse or recycling environment is desirable but not essential full training provided

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday

• Full flexibility including the ability to work Saturdays when required

• Good level of physical fitness this is a manual role

• A team player who is punctual reliable and safety-conscious
