About the Role:

We are seeking a (Senior) Manager Data Science & AI to join our dynamic this role you will:

• Collaborate with the commercial and IT leadership team to shape the International AI roadmap.

• Design deliver and scale innovative global AI capabilities.

• Drive AI fluency across anchor markets (primarily EU).

• Lead the execution and interpretation of AI/ML models framing problems and shaping solutions.

• Communicate complex data-driven insights in clear compelling ways to diverse stakeholders.

This is a high-impact consulting-style role requiring strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across a fast-paced international commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced analytical models predictive algorithms and AI-powered tools to support commercial strategies.

• Engage in end-to-end delivery of data science insightsfrom framing business questions to actionable recommendations.

• Translate technical concepts into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance data science capabilities and drive AI adoption.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics market research and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of insights into strategic initiatives.

About you:

• Education: university degree with several years of experience in data science AI or related fields.

• Technical Expertise: Machine learning (Azure AWS DataIku) Python Scala SQL/NoSQL visualization tools (Tableau Dash) and experience with large-scale data systems (Snowflake Databricks).

• Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong communicator collaborative mindset strategic thinker and proactive self-starter.
