-Property Guardian: Patrol the grounds tackle debris sort out the Lost and Found and keep everything glowing.

Education & Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-5 years hotel/related experience or 2-year degree with 3 years or 4-year degree with 2 years
-Supervisory experience required
-Current certifications as required (e.g. HVAC pool electrical)
-Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws
-Valid drivers license
-Strong communication decision-making and problem-solving skills
-Calm under pressure
-Financial and arithmetic proficiency
